Yang Min Kim
ABSTRACT
We performed a total of 227 cases of percutaneous aspiration and drainage of hepatic lesions under ultrasound guidance, and analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of fine needle aspiration in liver masses and the therapeutic effect of drainageage in liver abscesses. The diagnostic accuracy of aspiration was found to be 83.2%:72.6% in solid tumors and 90.1% in cystic diseases. The therapeutic effect of drainage with combined medical treatment in liver abscesses revealed a clinical improvement in 90.6% of cases
